← Raku in Excel and Google Sheets
Terms of use
These terms cover Raku formulas: the Excel add-in, the Google Sheets add-on and the Sheets script, made by Andrew Shitov. Using them means accepting these terms. Last changed on 8 October 2026.
Free, and open source #
Raku formulas cost nothing and need no account. They are part of Raku++, whose source is open under the Artistic License 2.0; that licence governs the code, and nothing here takes away what it allows.
As is #
Raku formulas are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, as the licence says. A formula computes what its code says; check the results you rely on. As far as the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using them.
Your spreadsheets stay yours #
The developer gets no rights to your spreadsheets or formulas, and receives none of them: the privacy policy says what is read, and where it is computed.
Using them #
Do not use Raku formulas to break the law, or against the services they run on. Excel, AppSource, Google Sheets and the Google Workspace Marketplace come with their own terms, from Microsoft and Google.
Changes #
New versions come out with Raku++ releases, and the stores install them for you. The add-ins may change, or stop being offered. When these terms change, this page changes first, with the new date at the top.
